The general premise of the site is that we as a organization post news of student led events for a University (won't post name here), there is an organization that leads this arrangement of events for the site already. Non-profit. The projections I can give is roughly 1000 uniques, it will inevitably grow from the student base of the university.

I plan to run a phpBB (need php/mySQL), modify and add-on a few things to manage as the backend of the site. Strictly text and images, maybe the occasional PDFs.

For any questions or details please pm me. The University resides in Canada, specifically in Southern Ontario (just incase some hosts are picky on hosting locations).

Looked it through

Centralhost looks interesting but I have no idea if the 500 mb bandwidth is enough, great if anyone can give me an idea, like I posted, expecting 1000 uniques. The second one requires a fully done site - there is currently one up but it is not the same thing I am doing, but is the biggest gripe is the ad placement - having to place it at the very top will be a problem to the layout.. Lastly the third one is a dead link.

with centralbiz you just have to place it at the bottom of every page, but they take up a huge amount (you might want to consider that)

Yea I don't mind placing ads, since I know that hosts need to make some money - I am not going to unreasonable about it. Is there any sites that demos the advertisements of centralbiz? Thanks for the point nevertheless about the advertisement on the bottom.
