maby u should just get rid of that Announcement everyones seen it its been there sence october why dont u just put it somewhere else instead of at the top of freewebspace and paid hosting just like put a spot for Announcements beside faq or search or somthing

New members join every day, and need the rules in plain sight. Besides, it is not really an inconvenience; you dont have to read it every time you enter the forum.
