Hi cyclone2k,
If you have access to a Western Union office and are willing to buy for a longer term we at Lifeless People Networks would be happy to help you with your needs though for those quotas it would be quite expensive.
I would suggest attempting to use Western Union to pay a lower priced company for a longer term.

I can't be able to pay outside my country due to some income tax restictions. If any host could accept money inside the country I would be able to pay them even a bit higher than their usual charges!

We are based in India but we offer a different control panel - HSphere.
We have an Indian payment gateway so you can also directly debit your bank

yup, man. Due to some clauses. Try to understand my prob! I see you offer 25 gb max. I need about 200 mb and about 50gb bandwidth right now. Regarding my site I don't necessarily need cpanel or such. What price you quote for this quota?? I can pay u by net banking system of Indian banks.
