Strange site. :) but interesting.

I would get rid of the tail following the cursor. It get's irritating.

You want to check your spelling, you've made quite a few mistakes. a couple of examples castle, house. You could always write Dracula's castle instead of the castel of Dracula.

jeeze...do you think you went a little overboard with the javascript? They are nice and all, but too much, and its a little annoying. THose moving background images are also a sight for sore eyes

First of all, find another host, Geocities is fast (for me though), but the banner hides a part of the page. I have no idea what your page is about, but it looks awful, sorry to say that. You shouldn't use too many animated GIFs... a few are nice, but your whole page is animated and that's really annoying.
The table on top of the page with some text in it has a black background. I don't know if you meant to do that, but you can't see the background tile trough it. Tip: if you made the page about 5 pixels smaller, there wouldn't be horizontal scrollbars.
When I click "click here to navigate in site" I get an error, but I guess you knew that already. If I were you, I'd start the whole page over again (first without javascript, add that later :p)

yeah that trail behind the cursor is very annoying and the background is very annoying for the eyes.

the text is good to read, but because of the background it's to much....... its euhmm.... full

and the animated gifs with the green lights are a little bit too much
i would add 12 or something like that.....

If this is the first time you try to make a site is not all that bad ... don't change your destiny :)
But for your next one (or to improve this one) try using less animated gifs .. especially those that are repeated in the bg.
For example put a semi transparent picture of dracula as a bg of a table in the midle of your page, use some custom made graphic on the top made with PSP 7 that you can download for free (those blood lines are over used), etc.
In general try to be SIMPLE and ORIGINAL.
