Would anyone care for a free banner?

I'm trying to build up a large portfolio of graphics work, I need your help - by ordering a graphic.
I will build you a free banner, logo or what ever.

Thanks, I'd love a banner for when I submit my site to banner exchanges.

Look at the PoleStar logo on my site (click my sig) and elaborate on it, keeping it fairly simple. Incorporate PoleStar: space, games, jokes dos

Size: standard banner size - like those other two you made.
Fonts: up to you, but clear, possibly futuristic
Images: maybe a star/small graphic
Colours: similar color scheme to my site, probably dark blue but you're the expert!

I don't know if you noticed... But the first two banners were nice, clear, and readable. The file size was 9kb. As it went on, it got more and more fuzzy. The file size was 6.5kb. Perhaps he got too fussy about small file sizes?

pro5ject probably doesnt have this font. You should probably upload it for him(her?).

Although I don't like the fuzziness of the banners. I gotta admit that pro5ject is pretty darn talented. And since he's doing this for free, or at least momentarily, I gotta hand it to him for being an all around "cool-guy." Congratulations pro5ject! Like Gayowulf said, "You're cool"

Thanks for all the comments, to everyone who wants to know the fuzzyness was intentional to some degree, trying to get the file as small as possible works ok without a blur but can come out jaggerd, I find putting on a blur makes the images smoother when it is compressed.

The software I use is Corel Draw, serif photo, thats all, and a few hundred or maybe thounsand fonts in my library.

Remember I am doing this for free, so you may have to wait a while for your banner, but I will do it asap (I've alot of work on at the moment).

i think maybe go to photoshop and open the banner. then go to image > mode and change it. i think is like that

hex = #RRGGBB

where
RR - red component
GG - green
BB - blue

just in hex not decimal

you can use the windows calculator - scientific mode to change hex -> dec

There's math involved in this I think, so naturally, I don't know it. :p

Thanks, Pro5ject - that's exactly what I wanted: fabulous.

If you've got PSP (I can't speak for Photoshop) you can type in the #rrggbb value in the palette window and it gives you the rgb amounts automatically. And vice-versa!

Sorry but at the moment I can only do static banners for free, this is because of the lack of time I have.
I am able to do animated banners but not for free at the moment, they just take up to much time. :(

Do you mean that you are making tons of buttons, or just have lots? if you are really busy dont bother making any for me until you have the time. if/when you do get arond to it. the size i would like is 88x32 anycolour is good, and im not sure really what would look good on a button. Maybe looking at the site (http://www.allvit.org.kg) would help you with some ideas.
