frames at 800 x 600

How do I get a full frames page to be viewed properly at both 800 x 600 and 1024 x 768? When I view mine at 800 x 600, all of the frames are partially cut off, etc. Any help for this vague question is appreciated.

I might be a wise idea to exclude frames from your page. They cause many problems for users with settings other then yours and they are usually not indexed by search engines correctly.

The only way i know of it being possible is to make two versions.

Use percentages for the table widths within the frames and make sure that none of your graphics are wider than the 800x600 size of the frames.
