Where can I have message board? 30MB/day.

I guess you could have one anywhere that allowed you 30 mb. of transfer and supported whatever language the board used. (CGI/PHP, etc.) Spaceports offers 20GB of transfer a month and supports CGI scripts. Some have reported problems with their CGI though. F2s might also be an option, but I'm not sure how much transfer they offer.
