Need a good asp.net and Sql server web host

I'm looking for a shared web hosting plan with the following specifics:

- MS sql 2000, space 100 MB or more
- ASP.NET
- possible to send (unlimited) email from aspx code
- webspace 100MB or more
- bandwith 1 gig or more for starters
- possible to direct connect to Sql server with Sql Enterprise Manager
- ftp to upload files (or browser)
- possible to change the global.asax, web.config
- subdomains
- good uptime of at least 99.9%
- fast server response
- daily backups
- fast response to questions via email
- possible that an anonymous user can upload via .aspx a file (input type is file) to a directory on the web server.
- possible to see how much bandwidth has been used

I have my own domain!

It must be possible to grow in bandwith, webspace and Sql server space for a reasonable price when users grow.

When someone offers me a free hosting plan or reduced prices I am willing to put ads in my site.
