Don't know about filesize, but http://www.dissolvedhosting.com only has two policies about file types - it can't be copyrighted by anyone, and if it's media then it should be zipped to avoid streaming...

Our rules are about the same at Clubhost and we don't have any limits
on filesize either. The only major consideration is that you will probably
want something higher than the Bronze account.

Our Lead and Bronze accounts are very restrictive on file types.

Our Silver account is very loose on file types and has no limits on filesize

Our Gold account has no limits on either but does have a 30 day probationary
period where it acts more like a Silver account.
