Looking for another dedicated server

I am currently running with THEPLANET:

AMD 2800 XP
WHM 9.4.0 cPanel 9.4.1-R71
1000 gigs per month
80 gig HD
FreeBSD 5.2.1-RELEASE
1 gig of ram



Im getting this for about 100USD a month.

I will need help in moving over my vbulletin forums from my current server to the new one....which apparently should be easy to do from one Cpanel to another.

The network must be a proven reliable network. The host must provide assistance in case Cpanel has problems and needs repairs.
