Transfering

Hi guys!

anyway, i was just wondering if you guys know a cheap registrar to transfer my domain zero domains to and do i have to be over 18, have a CC etc etc

Any of the registrars that are mentioned here over and over, don't have to be 18 (far as I know), and having a CC helps greatly, but isn't needed.
