can someone help me create a database with a start password page so only admins can access them, i need to have some fields where i can add users and have a feature where i can find specific uses by giving specific info to the script like their name, i need fields like name, lastname, domain and all that stuff
please someone help and you might get something inreturn
p.s. preferably in asp or perl, thanks

the easiest thing would be to use a .htaccess password protected directory and have the admin scripts in there
it'd be easier to implement.

yep i'm on an Windows 2000 box, so can someone help me make the database?

what you need is a database driven login system for people to register and have access to your more private page. Things such as password reminder modify details etc can also come in handy. You may also want to view your registered members..edit them etc
