Ack, Domain help.

Ok; I have a site set up at freewebs.com. And I want a domain, so I was thinking of getting one through them.

Does anyone recommend this - or have had past dealings with them with them about this?

I'm very new to domain names, so I was looking for something really REALLY easy. And this looks to be it. It looks like you can easily set it up through them, and I'm hoping that the site is sacured enough that I can use my credit card...

...but I don't want to get screwed over by them. ><

Any tips?

why dont you get a free .info domain to start of with till you get used to the concept you can get one at http://domainsite.com

Aa, and this is free? Ok..thank you very much. I'll go play around on that and see if I can get something set up...I'm really not the best at computers, so please forgive me if I sound a bit stupid.

I don't know if freeweb would support domain parking

yeah thats what i was thinking about freewebs i really dont think they do support domain parking and general dns although youd be able to use it as a redirect (url forwarding)

otherwise consider moving hosts theres a good one in my sig lmao
