Im hunting for an isp that can provide the following. A dedicated server with 70 gb hd, 500 GB+ trasfer a month, for under $5000 Canadian. Its for real audio streaming site.

Why don't you colocate your server at http://www.efreeservers.com. They are very cheap.

Personally, I suggest that you buy your own server, and have it colocated somewhere else. It might be lot more cheaper for long term.
