I have forums have more 12,000 members and have more 1000 visits per day, but i dont have much money to get paid host to keep it up all time, i want to make money from it to pay for hosting, anyone know where i can get money by ads popup on my site or get money by traffic? It must accept non - English website, because my site not in english language...

I guess you can try create a forum exclusive for english speaking members and the other for your language.

I have an affiliate programs directory that lists quite a few CPM Popup programs where some of these pay quite good and also accepts Non-English Websites and also pays for International Traffic. The directory can be found within my sig.
