Now I am not lazy to use the search or anything but I have been hearing rumours that alot of pop up advert companies don't count the its properly or only 1/4 of it. So I was wondering if you can list some companies that do them properly and their price + unique ip count time

I own ClickHere2Surf.com and programmed the tracking program myself. It does count EVERY click with a 24 hour cookie. You can also customize the pop unders/exit popups and blind link page to match your site!

... is that advertising or not? Also, he's asking for an opinion, and if i read the forum policy right, you can't give an opinion on your own company...
anyway, no matter which company you're with, you'll always have more impressions than pop-up impressions. Some people don't have javascript turned on, others are trained to close them quicker than they can connect,...
Some companies only count it after they have fully loaded (sometimes they load very slow too), ...
I don't use pop*'s, so i wouldn't know personally, so i hope someone else replies soon

I have some experience with pop up companies. The first one I signed up with was Popupmoney.com (http://www.popupmoney.com). They offered a CPM rate of $3.00. Sounds pretty bad, eh? Anyways, I get 10,000 unique daily hits and they counted only about 3,000 of those. So I chose not to do business with them and went to the next company.
Which was PopupSponsor.com (http://www.popupsponsor.com). They pay either a CPM rate of $5.00 or $3.00. You can read more at their website about the difference. They seem much better and I have yet to make a full day with them to see if they track everything correctly. I'll let you know as soon as I do. Hope this helped! :)

Without exception, popunders out-convert popups, and the best popunder brokers for small-medium sites are Popuptraffic, GoClick and FastClick.
AdScholar and PopupSponsor are also worth investigating for their 'load before showing' technique, which is designed with this very reason in mind - increase conversions.

Ive tried popuptraffic and it records at best 10-15% of your traffic. I would use someone else. Try fastclick.
