How can i get forum members?

I have a forum that i want to have active members, Some ideas i had were adding a arcade, but i am worried that it mite attract un-wanted attention, which would be just for games, if anyone has an ideas plz let me know. the site is: <Removed>

At a very rough guess, there are 10,000,000 forums out there with 9,000,000 trying hard to get signups. If you don't have something unique and a plan before you start it, chances are it will never take off.
