Desperate need of FORUMS ON MY SITE

I need some forums that are basically like these are setup....

i tried ezboard but i don't want to pay the 7$ to get rid of the all the banners and to change the color scheme to match mine....

i work for a webhosting company and might be able to offer you something in return for this service...

It looks like mycool.com has ads, though. For remotely hosted without ads, http://www.revamp.net is the only one I've found that's any good. http://www.cgifreebies.org is also free without ads, but they've had a lot of problems.
