Get paid in an ad-exchange? Huh? If you want to get paid, then go to Ad Revenue...

You dont actually get paid cash with 1for1.com. You can only use the money to purchase advertising on there website. This is only possible when you reach like $200 in your account, which for most would take forever, unless you have a very high click thru ratio.

The declining performance of banners has made banner exchanges an ineffective solution. Industry statistics show that people don't pay attention to banner ads.
I got that from a site. It probably holds some truth

its true i think!
do u yourself always pay attention to those ads or to the web site content? i dun think i really pay attention to the ads especially those pop ups! of course sometimes, certain things they wrote may attract mi but normally it is not wat they had wrote on the ads
but all i want is some banner exchanges that pay mi for per clicks and allow mi to accumulate as much money as i can and get it sent to mi when i need it or allow mi to get a fully controlled by me domain by using the money i accumulated

...all i want is some banner exchanges that pay mi for per clicks ...
You mean probably the case you expect to be paid for clicks produced by you, not the case when one clicks on your banners.
There is Spedia and so on for the practice.
Clicks have a value for advertisers only when they lead to selling of something. The hollow clicks are only a loss of money for them.
