As you can see on his front page, there's a support us page at the bottom which leads to a google adsense page which is the only requirement needed. The machine the website is on hosts a lot of other websites and it seems to be a semi-big hosting company.

what I mean by unmetered is that you get 20 gb as the default amount of bandwidth but I will always raise it as long as you stick with the TOS- no warez, no mp3s, no movies, etc...
