Not a lot of my friends know what rolling is all about. I'm going to take a stab at it and say that since this is a techie board, even less of a chance of people here knowing.

So now I'm going to spread the word. This is what we do.

I suggest watching at least one of these videos:

Have fun.

What's so special about roller blading. It used to be real popular around my parts and then skateboarding started taking over and all the skateboarders would be the crap out of the rollerbladers

For example that one guy who came out of that bowl onto the rail and then ran into some skateboard and threw his board into the bowl

There is a 100% chance he would get his --- kicked at my skatepark
90% chance he would need stitches after that
80% chance he would require a ambulence
70% chance he would get knocked out by getting hit in the head with a skateboard
60% chance he would be missing some teeth
50% chance he would have a broken bone
40% chance he would get stabbed
30% chance he would be shot
20% chance he would be in a coma for a week or more
and 10% chance he would die

Yeah, it's not like that anymore. Most boarders are cool with inlines, except for some assholes who think all we do is f*ckin backflips and other things you can do on fitness skates. Chances are, skaters do higher, faster stuff than boarders. Ever seen a boarder grind a 60ft long rail?

"My skatepark", I take it you board?

Rollerblade is a brand, by the way.

Yeah I used to, I got into some serious injuries though and quit because I knew eventually I was going to break my fingers or an arm severly and not be able to play guitar. I was sponsored by Vans for about a year and half, not a lot of people believe me, but that's cool it is hard to believe, but I didn't have to pay for a single pair of shoes for about 2 1/2 years, not to mention clothes, hats, socks, never paying an entry free to get into a skatepark etc

here are the only picture I could find of my skate park near me, Provident Skatepark

http://www.ci.visalia.ca.us/skatepark/local%20skaters.htm

it was pretty massive for an all cement skatepark, about 1 acre of bowls, rails, quarter pipes and other random skateable shapes

I was exagerating the who percentage thing a little, but probably not as much as most would think, I have been there when somebody did get hit in the face with a skateboard (intentionally by someone else swinging it like a bat) and broke their jaw, lost some teeth and an ambulance came. I myself have been taken out of there in an ambulance except because eating ----

That's pretty sweet that you were sponsored. That rivalry must just be the west coast, here it's mostly the skaters (all) against BMXers, since BMXers chunk out ledges and stuff.
