Is a .info a top level domain?
Cause I was under the assumption that it was. Since normally (without the current promos) you do have to pay for one.
Cause my friend just got hosted by a free host that provides different hosting for subdomains and domains. (a post to host free host and the same number of posts for both packages)
The domain package gets 5 times (space and bandwidth) the subdomain package. When she got her hosting (for a .info domain) she was given the subdomain package rather than the domain one. When she asked why, the mod who approved her request said it was cause it wasn't a top domain.
So I'm just wondering if other hosts feel the same way.
