You should state your space and bandwidth as well. Also, your budget is too low. Raise your budget double at least

1gb hd space (maybe even 500mb will do)
around 10gb traffic.

The vps will mainly be used just to host one website which requires some hard to get programs to do some tricky scripting. I know the budget is cheap but i dont exspect 1st class service besides i have seen some sites easily meeting these requirements... besides the BSD :(

Oh by the way: No software is needed (Cpanel,etc) just BSD and root. I can install the software i need myself.
