I'm a Viet living in USA, just curious to why do you need link exchange from Vietnam? You should know not many people there have access to internet cuz it's charge by hour and the phone company is a -----.

are you sure about Vietnamese don't have enought internet :) ? i need viet company or forum cause i have a forum that targeting to users that can buy , trade, sell ect.
