Dead? yeah maybe.They just suck.You are experiencing what I have been for months now..My advice is to dump em and move out.Your only wasting your time with them.Try Lunarpages.com.I just moved in last week and their ok..No hotlinking allowed though,which sucks for me.But other than that there alright..:)
