Need good host. Help...please

I need a host that doesn't have banners or a site that will let you place a banner or button or text link where you want. I'd perfer a button, I'd like to give them some credit :D. I'd like a cgi-bin(allows your own scripts) but don't need it. Their frontpage HAS to look professional! Thats a must,it gives me some confidence in my host. If they have some bonus features...big plus for me :) What do ya say guys will ya help me out?

Heh forgot to mention they need ftp access that scratches off www.4nx2.com,www.f2s.com isn't accepting acounts don't know if they ever will,www.source4webmasters.com is becoming complicated since I signed up. Portland only offers 100mb transfer limit. This world must be against me. Anyone know of anyother hosts?
