take a look at www.dot.tk cause they have :
1. a free domain ( just as u said)
2. u can choose a banner IF u like ( just as u said)

And to add to what Aki has said, if it's something like a dot.com that you want though, you're very unlikely to get it

you dont need to pay for tk, its free.

TK is NOT free. You only get redirection. You have to pay for real DNS.

I have a free uni.cc domain. Are you saying that a uni.cc domain is not as sought-after as it used to be?
I thought it was kind of chic when I signed up for mine
