I feel I`ve been here before lol, first site - the header IMHO is far to big, if you`re going to stick with black then lighten up your text, at the moment it`s far to dark, make the box to the right blend in better with the rest, the second site looks as if you`ve spent little time on creating it. its hard helping out on this second site as I feel it should be a support area from another part of your site and not seeing other area doesn`t help for feed back, sorry if thats not helpful, good luck. :)
