Problems with PortLand

I have 2 VISP accounts with portland, and they have been going mega-slow just like their site. Is anyone else having these problems because it is really becoming a problem for me. If you want to check my hosting spots out go to:

Why don't you use first the mailing lists at the source?
Look at the Portland help pages, there are three lists, portlandfreeweb, visp1 and visp2 lists. Don't you think the more actual infos are there? Meet ya on portlandfreeweb!
