Hey, im looking for a paid host with these following features:

200mb + space
20GB Bandwidth upwards
Fast and Reliable
FTP
CGI/SSI
Domain hosting or transfer or free registration

And I want a Anual Fee only, (no monthly fees)
I do not have a credit card, so im looking to be able to send a Yearly check.
My maximum is $70 ( I live in Ontario, Canada )

The question is, does it exsist? Hope so. Thanks.

How do they supply him with 20 Gb of Traffic?

Your not going to get that much traffic allowance for such a small amount of money your host would be running at a loss inside the first month.

Well yes, I do accept checks. I don't really like it when a monthly clients ask for check option. But it's ok for yearly plan clients.
