Well, with pop-ads there are no hosts with cgi and
100+ megs, if you accept a banner instead there are a few. (I heard DK3 started with banners, otherwise they would meet all your criterias... I think). Perhaps you can use more than one account? :)

Uh, last time I checked, http://www.digital-avatar.com/ now offers only 10 mb instead of "unlimited" mb.
