hey is there anyone out there willing to create a theme and install some mods in a phpbb forum? well please PM. me :-)

The guy said to PM him so he can tell you what he wants installed. However, if the guy requires FTP access, most free forum providers will turn the guy down.

Because he probably doesn't want to give his ftp username so people can randomly access the FTP server in which his files are on.
