Cheap Web-Designer/Developer For Hire

I make proffesional web layouts for businesses and peoples portfolio's, or anything else online. If you currently have a website, that needs up-dating, I can also do that for you.
I think my prices are currently cheap,this is due to the fact that I am in need of money to fund a new project I am going to start.

I am willing to have a go at almost anything, I can make layouts, and I can code layouts. I only accept payment after your product is finished and that you are happy with it (Depending on hours needed).

I will now make websites, HTML and PHP, full coding/designing for £50 GBP or $90 USD

I am willing to do this at such low prices to build up my portfollio. You will still recieve a high-quality professional westie but for a fraction of the cost.

I will make websites at this price as long as it is within limits ;)
