It`s alittle dark, I don`t like your use of bevel, it`s not fitting in correctly either, maybe make the iframe box fit in with the feel of the site, and you could make the menu area alittle brighter, sorry I haven`t said good, but I`m trying to offer some help, abit more work and I`m sure it will be improved, good luck. :)

the background image needs a change.
it is too difficult to read any text in that background.
it is "under construction" so dont want to comment more.

the background image makes it way to busy. it hurts my eyes.
