Your header is to dark, maybe change the title to a lighter colour and take the font size down, the menu in blue doesn`t work, far to dark, change to a lighter colour too, the middle table would be better set at 100% as it`s kicking in the bottom scroll bar at the moment, overall not bad but still needs work. :)

splash pages are awsome, but they just delay a user from getting to the real content, but if u wanna keep it, its not that big a deal, i use one too.
