Hi guys i have a site and atm this is wat it looks like:

I have one major problem with flash and i will explain it below. First of all i am using macromedia flash mx 2004.
My problem is that when i edit my flash file and use ftp to upload it, the site always views the older version unless i delete the old existing flash file from my temporary internet files folder, then the new one will load up.
If i don't delete it from the temp files then even if i upload the new flash into my webhost it will still load the old version of my flash. Anyone know how to get around this? because i don't want my friends who have already seen the site see the old version of the flash.
