HTML -> SQL needed. Will Pay $

I have about 50000 html files with content all linked together in a folder directory style.

I need someone to remove All duplicates (file name and content) and sort it to fill up an mysql database in different categories from the html files. I expect about 36-42k entries in the database, with some php file controlling the database.

ya well, talk about a sophmore taking 2 ap classes, and will be taking all ap classes as a junior/senior, lol, i just dont know how to do it the other way, i woulda surely given it a try otherwise.
