Yeah... right. Forumer doesn't allow you to modify your own files.

I could host a forum for you, but my requirement is within a month it will have some members and posts. I won't host another of the zillion vacant boards on this planet if I can help it.

Forumat (http://forumat.com/) is probably your best bet. It offers FTP access, banner free, and you can add skins and the like.

The forum software is also installed with a click of the mouse.
