I'm just asking because I don't wanna switch forum after few month running because of licensed policy

no, invision 1.3 requires no lisence. Invision 2.0 requires a liscense but this is purcahsed and still lets you have the board for a lifetime depending on which package you buy you get free updates for life or for one year.
But invision 1.3 is tottaly free :)

Just to clear something up....
Invision Power Board 1.3 Final, which is what Fantistico installs, is free.
However, IPB 1.3.1 Final, and IPB 2.0 are not free.
