Trouble with vBulletin.

I'm from Russia. Sorry for my bad English.
System:
PHP 4.0.5
MySQL 3.22

Trouble:
I can't post - VBulletin said about error (Message:
"No forum specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the webmaster"). All other features work properly.

Why? What is not right? Anybody know?:confused:

But... Similar problems is everywhere in that forum.. No one can help (don't want or can't)...
Maybe somebody of your community knows?

i think there's a German version of the board at the main site. In order to post, you MUST create a forum, or set it permission for you to do so.
