Whats it all about??? I was lost when I hit the site, layout seems good, the header IMHO is to big and the number menu thing is strange and seems silly, Proxy List looks well out of place, I`m still wondering what the site is for...lol

Like the design, don't think header is that big at all. Don't have Chinese installed on my PC though, so couldn't make much of it.
