Out of the entire time he has been running this so called service it has been up 20% of that time. His word is never kept. He is a pathelogical liar. The payments he receives for his paid hosting is no where near enough to cover the general expense of the server, and he probably running the thing of cable. From what I have notice he has little to no knowledge in how to install scripts for members, web designing and webhosting all together. Ditch the service and join Spaceports or Crosswinds or some other one.

That may be a little too harsh when you say that his service is up 20% of the time. That is simply to low of a percentage and not true. I have visit his site and his board frequently and have seen the site up until today. Yupapa is pure crap... it service is non-existant, his site is suffering from massive downtime and people send in requests that never get answered all the time.

AND MEOW, I SHUT DOWN THE SITE BECAUSE I NEEDED TO REORGANIZE FOR SEVERAL THINGS, AND THE FREE HOSTING WILL NOT BE BACK UP IN THE FUTURE since it was a bad idea. This new site will be only having free email, a very large military database of over 50 Kinds of Tanks, Aircraft, Rifles, Howitzers and other Land/Aero Based Equipiment and the other section is Political anaylsis. Extensive site coverage over Military and Politics may not be any of your interests, but at least I can have a site that has something on it.

If you don't like a free host don't use it, you are entitled to say why you are not using it but you are NOT entitled to keep repeating the same thing over and over. Don't use YUPAPA if you don't like it.

As far as Giancarlo is concerned, he did try to start a host but he couldn't get it off the ground for reasons best known to him. Do you people know how difficult it is to start a free host and that to one without ads? Just try doing it once and you will know. I agree he promised a lot which he failed to deliver but then same was the case with gcsnet.net , but when it closed shop without informing anyone there were only 4 or 5 people who complained and promptly forgot what they were saying.

Only Server 6 problem

Server 6 was down yesterday because it was caused by a corrupted system
configuration file. The file was replaced with a known good copy from tape backup. Then The server was subsequently brought back up at around 12:15am GMT

It does not affect your web site or email. Your web site is
online and you can collect all mail normally.
