What are the experiences with lunarpages adfree-upgrade (1 email/month)?

"To cover the costs for your free upgrade, you will receive one email from us every month. You are required to respond to the email. Or your account will be downgraded to it's initial status."

1 email every month is not much, but how do I have to respond? Just a reply or do I have to fill out something? Do they sell my email-adress, so that I get a lot of spam?

i think lunarpages is a one-man operation...at least i recognize the script he's using to host homepages...

Lunarpages is far more than a one man operation although Max is the main contact. Like he said, in a few weeks there will be agreat deal of new improvements.
