Hosting For Personal Site

Hello,

I'm currently looking for a host that can host my personal site. My previous free hosting hasn't paid their bills, therefore I need to change hosting. This is for a personal site, so nothing illegal will be hosted. I also have a domain that was given to me for free. I'd prefer that there won't be any ads or popups, but I would gladly place a "Gladly hosted by...." on every page. I am just a student, so unfortunately I have no money to offer. I believe in the quote, "what goes around, comes around." Therefore, if I ever had the money to repay you for your kind services, I would not hesitate to do so. The specs I need include:

100-200 megs of space
3-5 gb of bandwidth
MySql/Php/Cgi-bin
Webmail
FTP

If anyone could kindly host me, I would be enternally grateful.

I would like to just call your attention to the bolded part of your text. This could be because they didn't require enough of you in order to remain profitable. ;)
