Hi everyone,

I am new down here so I would like to ask you guys if you know any webhosts that provides a free offline SiteBuilder?

Homestead used to do it, but now they quit supporting this feature... Why don't you use a program like Frontpage or something and than upload it to a host?

Probably because he can't afford frontpage 200, or dreamweaver, and thinks frontpage express sux...
