Hi, I was wondering is there such an application which I can use to monitor bandwidth and network traffic on a specific IP? I'm on a LAN and have a server acting as the router so we can all share Internet access.

I just want to know where the traffic is all going. Is it possible to monitor all traffic through my computer and not the server. Not sure if this is possible, but I don't want an application like "NetLimiter" or "Bandwidth Monitor Pro" which only monitors traffic incoming and outgoing on your own computer.

Try:
%SystemRoot%\system32\perfmon.msc /s

delete all the counters
-add counters
-select computer
-select network adaptor from the right
-performance object : network interface
-current bandwidth
-add

do this for each computer networked
