i need a dedicated server specifidcations are as below...

40gb or + space
800gb bandwidth or +
cpanel/whm or plesk [which ever make cheap price]
unlimited domains
root access
linux
p4 or amd


my budget is $50 or lower

plz guide me

this is my general requiremtns. i

if 20gb and 600gbm bandwidth then its also ok

The thing is that cPanel/WHM license itself costs in avarage $25 monthly.
It means you want to get the server for $25 - impossible.
Even cheap P3 servers starts at $40-50...

VPS is the only option for that price if you need a root assess.
Or you need to find another person(s) to split a server.

Plesk is usually more expensive than cPanel :)

Well, as bezel said above ... get a VPS else Spit up the Server.

you won't be getting a server for that Price :P .. Forget about it ...
