looking for this perfect forum host

- unlimited posts/topics
- ftp access or ability to add your own skins and banners
- no ads/ popups
- has a repuation for good speeds/uptimes

I still think FTP sometimes is worse off than a filemanager. Also to Titanium Hosting, does that 50 MB limit also include my MySQL Tables?
