Are there any programs that I can sign up for and get paid by CPM when I have a site which is only a forum?
I have about 100 000 pageviews/month.

You'd be better off trying affiliate programs, like those offered at Commission Junction (http://www.cj.com), LinkShare (http://www.linkshare.com), ClickXchange (http://www.clickXchange.com) and several others.

You may also be interested in putting a search-box on the bottom of the pages, like this forum. They can pay between 1-6c from a variety of providers including AdSearches (http://www.adsearches.com), SearchTraffic (http://www.searchtraffic.com/), GoClick (http://www.goclick.com) (on the forums) and FindIt-Quick (http://www.findit-quick.com).
