We have had 99.9999% uptime over the past month (downtime = 1 restart of PHP/Apache for adding php modules, and mod_bandwidth)

This will be cPanel hosting, with all the 'normal' features (no Fantastico! - if your site is already working, you don't need it anyways!). We can help you transfer your site from any other host, to us.
